How Does Car ABS Sensor Work?

Automotive inductive ABS sensor generates an AC voltage through changes in the magnetic field.
When the tone ring rotates past the sensor, magnetic flux changes create electrical signals. The ABS ECU calculates wheel speed by analyzing the signal frequency.

Hall Effect ABS Sensor
